Tessa Thomas

Tessa ThomasMrs. Tessa was saved at age nine, and she grew up with a strong foundation. Her grandfather was her pastor, her dad was the choir leader, her mother played the piano, and her sister played the organ. Her brother, brother-in-law, and uncle are preachers and have pastored conservative fundamental churches. Tessa has been a strong asset to this ministry. She is the singing voice of the two that touches the hearts of many people. Brother Scott relies on Tessa not only for her ability to sing, but for her ability to play the piano and sing for the invitation. She seems to always know the perfect song selection for the invitation. Tessa is and has been the mother, educator in home-schooling, a pastor's wife, and prayer warrior.

Though Tessa has written numerous songs, her most noted was the hit song Ain't Gonna Run recorded by the Jody Brown Indian Family.  She also sung professionally, along the side of Scott, in the group Ricky Atkinson & Compassion.
